At Sandy Bikinis Shop, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:

  • Swimwear must be in original condition with hygiene liner intact
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms, thongs, or any swimwear without intact hygiene liners. This includes items from our All Bottoms, Bikini Sets, and Bikini Bottoms collections if the hygiene liner has been removed.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information (see template below).
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with original tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
