We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your beachwear arrives safely and stylishly.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We recommend ordering well in advance for special occasions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sandy Bikinis purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Have intact hygiene liners (for swimwear)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bikini bottoms
  • Thongs
  • Any swimwear without intact hygiene liners
  • Items from our All Bottoms, Bikini Sets, and Bikini Bottoms collections if the hygiene liner has been removed

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Item name, size, and color
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: new item details (name, size, color)
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with all original tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your package to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
