2.3 Hygiene Considerations

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned if their hygiene liners have been removed or compromised. This includes all bikini bottoms, thongs, and items from our All Bottoms, Bikini Sets, and Bikini Bottoms collections.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Sandy Bikinis Shop.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4.4 International Orders

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Have intact hygiene liners (for swimwear)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Bikini bottoms
• Thongs
• Any swimwear without intact hygiene liners
• Items from our All Bottoms, Bikini Sets, and Bikini Bottoms collections if the hygiene liner has been removed

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for our approval and Return Authorization Number (RAN)
3. Package items securely with all original tags and include your order confirmation

5.4 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the new item.
